How to book: 1. Phone 01874 676225 to provisionally reserve dates. Weeks are Saturday to Saturday .
2. Print-off the Booking Form and post with deposit (50% which must be in Pounds Sterling). Please also see booking conditions.
3.Confirmation of booking will be sent on receipt of deposit.
4. Send balance of payment no later than 6 weeks before start of holiday. Directions and other details will be sent on receipt of final payment. Cheques should be made payable to "Margaret Seaman". Conditions
1. Provisional bookings may be made by telephone which must be followed by receipt of booking form and deposit within 5 working days in order to confirm.
2. The balance must be paid 6 weeks before the start of the holiday .
3. If you cancel in writing more than 6 weeks before the start of the holiday, then 75% of your deposit will be refunded With less than 6 weeks, any refund is subject to 'Ty Canol' being re-let for the same period.
4. "Ty Canol" will be available for you from 3pm on the agreed date.
5. It must be vacated by 11am on the agreed date.
6. The sleeping accomommodation of 4 persons must not be exceeded.
7. The owner of "Ty Canol" accepts no responsibility for loss or damage to your vehicle or personal belongings.
8. Pets are not permitted, except one dog by prior discussion with Margaret Seaman.
9. Smoking in "Ty Canol" is not allowed .
10.Visitors are asked to make good any losses due to damage and will please leave "Ty Canol" in a clean and tidy condition |
